The Center for Alternative Development Initiatives (CADI) is a civil society organization (CSO) based in the Philipines that is dedicated to the study, encouragement and implementation of sustainable development. CADI aims to loosen the hold of reductionist and materialistic thoughts, structures, practices and behaviors which produce social cancers including elite globalization, poverty, environmental destruction, chemical poisoning, physician-induced diseases, social injustice, malnutrition and moral corruption, among others.

This site provides an interesting perspective of sustainable economics in the Far East, with valuable insights into the social impact of globalisation and the causes of the Asain market crash.

but use solar cells, touch sensors, "nervous net" technology and servomotors to create robotic creatures that exhibit , almost biological behavior, learning abilities and complex interactions with their environment.
