Purchase Options

	Category A Owners under this category will benefit from the limitations imposed on annual levy escalations by the Age Escalation Schedule (see below) and are subject to a pre-emptive right in favour of the seller. Category B Subject to a pre-emptive right in favour of the seller.
Category C Owners purchasing under category C rules are entitled to the benefit of levy subsidisation from the Levy Subsidisation Fund. On sale of this unit the owner or estate shall be required to pay to the credit of the Levy Subsidisation Fund an amount equivalent to 20% of the amount by which the selling price, less sales commission exceeds the price of the unit.
